Common Mistakes We Help You Avoid
Planting Too Deep
Burying the root flare below grade is one of the most common causes of slow palm decline in Dubai gardens — it suffocates the root crown and invites fungal rot.
Skipping the Soil Amendment
Dropping a palm straight into native desert sand with no organic matter or water-retention additive leaves it fighting for every drop of moisture.
Under-Anchoring Large Specimens
A 4–6 metre clear-trunk palm with a heavy canopy can rock in its pit during shamal winds unless it's properly braced, loosening the root ball just as it's trying to establish.

For standard varieties like Washingtonia or Date Palms already in our nursery stock, we can usually survey, deliver, and crane-install within 24–48 hours. Rare or oversized specimens, or sites needing special access arrangements, can take 1–2 weeks.
Every installation is covered by our 90-day health guarantee. If a specimen fails to establish within that window despite correct irrigation on your end, we replace it at no additional charge.
