Project Overview
The client desired a private resort-style sanctuary in the heart of Jumeirah. We removed aging overgrown shrubbery and installed four specimen Bismarckia nobilis with silvery-blue crowns as pool focal points, flanked by Areca privacy hedges and Italian travertine patio paving with integrated sunken seating.
Scope of Work
- Careful crane lift of 4 large Bismarck Palms over villa perimeter roofline
- Installation of 420 m² of non-slip brushed Silver Travertine pavers
- Subsurface drainage system preventing standing rainwater pooling
- Low-voltage brass spotlighting illuminating palm trunk textures at night
